Copy this idea! Create a custom list that's especially relevant for your situation, company, social group and historical context. 

Start a book club or other way to get the conversation flowing in a safe space. Use articles or videos as prompts when books aren't practical. Here's a template to get started. 

Volunteer to improve this site; e.g. create pages for the titles in the Books to Read Pile and other ideas. 

Follow the authors on social, listen to their interviews on podcasts and find creative ways to introduce the ideas - literal learning hooks in the brain. Amplify their voices and share their work with others. 

Give books away: I like to pass around hard copies and share how the book impacted me when I do. 

Take Action for racial justice groups.  Amplify, donate, participate and educate yourself on their work.

Understand Land Acknowledgements

Consider asking your employer to provide LinkedIn Learning as a resource for quality DEIB training. This can be a good place to start for companies with inadequate training and resources internally.
